Compensation range is dependent on experience – 200k-240k Base + up to 60k Bonus Eligibility

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and innovative marketing executive to serve as Vice President of Marketing for our company. This position reports directly to the C level and directs and oversees the internal marketing teams and vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the brand and marketing strategy through design, implementation and ongoing monitoring of effective marketing strategies that align with our strategic direction.

Outstanding candidates have extensive experience differentiating an organization’s approach and brand in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Set current and long-term goals and KPI’s for internal teams and vendors
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and continually improve them where needed
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Executive team and Board
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Track competitors’ activities

Candidate Profile

  • 15+ combined years in Marketing, Communications and/or Public Relations
  • Inspirational leader with experience building, mentoring, coaching and scaling high performing, inclusive teams
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
