Role 🎨
• Design life-changing psychedelic therapy experiences
• Convert quantitative and qualitative client data, ideas from our team of experts, and your creative vision into fully executable designs
• Deeply understand our clients in order to design experiences that deliver clinical outcomes and client awe
• Intentionally craft every stage of the client journey including physical products, mobile consumer software, therapeutic content, human care delivery from psychiatric clinicians and psychedelic coaches, and more
Sound Like You? 🎧
• Experience: 4+ years as a Product or UI/UX designer with a proven track record (and portfolio) of building a stunning mobile consumer software product; highly skilled in Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other design tools
• Ability: You have a knack for ideating and building dazzling eng-ready features, you excel with usability testing and information architecture, you love to own and run a clear cohesive design process, and you can ship
• Mission-Obsessed: You have a deep personal connection to our mission and artistic vision for crafting psychedelic therapy experiences
• Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
• Wildly Creative: You’re a multidisciplinary creative with the proven skills to lead mobile visual design (UI), interaction design (UX), experiential design, and creative content
• Practices Intellectual Honesty: You seek and speak the truth directly and possess high courage and low ego
