What You’ll Do:

  • Transaction substantiation outreach to merchants.
  • Save Provider outreach.
  • Take lead on provider requests (e.g. payment collection).
  • Provide introductory information about Level products and services to merchants.
  • Uses various software programs to research and analyze the health and performance of Level’s Network Services operations.
  • Educate providers about Level, support Level’s claims process via phone and email.
  • Surfaces trends, works cross-functionally to determine root cause analysis.
  • Collaborates with management to provide recommendations. 
  • Answer inquiries or forward to the appropriate internal stakeholders by using knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise.

This position has a minimum base salary equivalent of $45,760 and a midpoint base salary of $47,840. This role is non-exempt, paid at an hourly rate and overtime eligible. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards.
