Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure that content supports overall business goals.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform content strategy.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  • Participate in link building and outreach efforts, leveraging content to acquire high-quality links and drive traffic.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and bloggers in the industry.
  • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to promote content and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with product managers, customer success managers, and customers in driving user goals
  • Oversee the editorial content for multiple channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and quality
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for Bayzat blogs across countries.
  • Manage a team of writers and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and direction as needed.
  • Write thought leadership effective content pieces (blogs, guides, etc..) on a regular content basis
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to create effective content briefs to guide ourwriters to create world-class content.

What you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in editorial or content creation
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of writers and editors.
  • Strong understanding of tone, style, and quality standards in editorial content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices
